By using Together, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Facilitator Role
- Together is solely a technology platform that connects users and facilitates restaurant bookings. We do not own, manage, or control the restaurants or user interactions.
- All restaurants and service providers are independent third parties, and Together is not responsible for their services, food, safety, or compliance with regulations.
- Together is not responsible for any injury, harm, dispute, or loss that may occur before, during, or after a dinner or meetup. By booking, users accept full responsibility for their participation.
User Responsibilities
- Users are fully responsible for their behavior before, during, and after events.
- Users must treat others respectfully and comply with laws, restaurant policies, and community guidelines.
- Together is not liable for any misconduct, disputes, harassment, fights, damage to property, injuries, or other incidents between users or involving restaurants.
Code of Conduct
By booking and attending an event through Together, users agree to comply with the following Code of Conduct:
- Respect all participants, restaurant staff, and property.
- No harassment, discrimination, abusive language, or threatening behavior.
- No illegal activities, including the use of prohibited substances.
- Follow all restaurant rules and government regulations.
- Consume alcohol responsibly and within legal limits.
- Refrain from disruptive behavior that affects others’ safety or experience.
Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in removal from the platform, cancellation of bookings, and denial of future access without refund. Users are solely responsible for any consequences of violating the Code.
Assumption of Risk
- Users understand and acknowledge that attending events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or exposure to inappropriate behavior.
- By participating, users voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that Together is not responsible for any resulting outcomes.
Mutual Release
- By using Together, users release and forever discharge Together, its founders, employees, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising from participation in events.
- This includes but is not limited to claims related to injury, harassment, food-related illness, financial loss, or any other incident.
Indemnification
- Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Together, its founders, employees, and partners from any legal claims, damages, expenses, or costs (including attorney fees) arising from:
- Their participation in events;
- Their actions or behavior towards others;
- Any third-party claims connected to their conduct.
Restaurant Liability
- Restaurants are solely responsible for the food, beverages, environment, staff, and compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Together is not liable for any issues including but not limited to food poisoning, allergic reactions, service errors, or accidents occurring at restaurant premises.
Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes, complaints, or claims arising between users or between users and restaurants must be resolved directly among those parties.
- Together is not responsible for mediating or resolving disputes of any nature.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Event cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
- Refunds for paid events will be processed within 3–5 business days of cancellation.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in full charges.
- Together may cancel events due to insufficient participants or unforeseen circumstances, with full refunds provided.

Limitation of Liability
- Together, its founders, employees, and partners shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or claims arising from participation in events or use of services.
- By participating, users waive any right to pursue legal claims against Together in connection with their experience.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
